Two-Page Layout Cricut Circle Blog and ScrapTiffany

ScrapTiffany Yellow/Steel Grey
and
Cricut Circle Blog Back to the Basics Challenges

This is the LO I came up with--  I used several new to me techniques.
Yellow it is not my color, but had fun with this PP from Cosmo Cricket Early Bird
The solid darker grey cardstock is from the PaperCo and the lighter grey is AC
I printed the pictures with a yellow tone-- the pictures on the left page were printed as a one picture on a 8 1/2 x 11" piece of photo paper. I hand cut around to leave a white frame.
Some of you are thinking that my letters/words do not show much, that perhaps I should have used the grey tone on top-- this is precisely the technique I wanted to use so I am OK with it... I cut the letters twice, once in grey and the other in the PP and layered myself.  Were I just could not help myself was on the camera and the smile design. I added a bit of an outline to both and vellum to the camera in addition to a bit of yellow Smooch paint.
The film strip is from a Sizzix die. I cut by hand to split and use on both sides of my picture sheet.
I used Cricut Don Juan for letters, camera and smile designs. Gypsy Font for word "many". And Accent Essentials for circles and scalloped edge.
I used a typing font and printed the journaling on my printer using MS Word.
Finished it with some buttons, Tim Holtz mini screw brads and stitching. And for the first time I used the MM notch maker to "hold" the picture on the side and added another of Tim Holtz mini screw brads.

Weekly Challenge #18: Back to the Basics Challenge!
For this challenge we want you to go “Back to the Basics” . . . by using ONLY the cartridge(s) that came with your machine or Gypsy! You must use THREE cuts on your project (the complete title or words counts as one cut).

Gypsy Font - word "many" welded
Don Juan - All other individual letters -- camera -- and smile design
Accent Essentials - Scalloped edge key 50 -- circles found on several layers
