Poppy Flower | CCC

We have a challenge with a prize over at the Cameo Creations Challenge Blog and the theme is Spring has Sprung using glitter.

For my inspiration as part of the DT I created this card.

 It's a bit hard to see but the black center of my flower has glitter.  I used my Xyron and MS glitter.  I additionally added a sequin and a sugar coated brad (glittered) from DBD.

The flower cut file is from the Silhouette online store.

Happy Day Card | SSS

Today I am sharing a card I created to enter the birthday challenge in honor of Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog 4th birthday celebration.
And since I often shop there and am their card of the month subscriber and most recently purchased their PL (those that know my blog, know that I have been creating or keeping a Project Life or version of since last year) kit by Kelly Purkey. Love the bright colors!!  Anyway, I thought it would be fitting that I enter this challenge.  I must admit that the $100 giveaway gave that extra push! lol

OK, enough blah blah ... this is my CAS card

 

I told you, very simple! but I love it!

The washi I used as the background the vent die is a wide washi by Freckled Fawn -Ombre Washi.

You Are My Sunshine LO

Today I am sharing a scrapbook layout that I had created a while back for Dilo En Español but had not shared due to some mail delays.   It seems that in other parts of the world the regular snail mail travels by burro!! LOL  In English it is commonly called or referred to as snail mail, but in Spanish (México) we say that it must be arriving/traveling by/on a burro/donkey!!  LOL
Anyway, that is one of the reasons we did not have a release hop on Feb/Mar (DT members not receiving their stamps on time).

This is my layout using Lupita Ama La Primavera as an embellishments...

 I love this pictures of my girls!!  LOVE love love Lauren's many faces~!!!   and it is hard for me not to smile and think that on this picture Lauren looks gigantic, disproportionate to my daughter's size!

And what is there not to love about this cutie (and others) created by Lizeth from Lizeth Super-scrapbook !!!!

Lupita comes with an ice cream cone, a flower and a coffee cup plus a sentiment.

 I used the Horneado con Amor stamp set to stamp the two sentiments seen above in addition to the oven and the wisk.

Utilice el set de sellos Horneado Con Amor para sellar las dos frases, el hornito y batidora.

 I used Mary Ama Cocinar to embellish the page.

Aquí utilice a Mary Ama Cocinar.

 Here I used the stamp set Lleno de Amor to stamp the words alegria and amor and the jar!

Y aqui el set Lleno de Amor para sellar las palabras alegría y amor! también el frasquito.

As you can see I followed it pretty close.  I have the pink, red, white, green and the pictures have a tint of blue and Jasmine's headband is blue! Oh and the strawberries are there too!
