I have been playing with a digital scrapbooking software by MyMemories.com
I was asked if I could review this digital software and share with my friends.
This is my personal review 

1-painless to install -took a few minutes to download

2-choice of creating your own or using pre-made templates

-(When you first open program, you have a choice of using pre-made designer templates or create your own)

-Choice of square 12x12 or 8x8, etc.; landscape 11x8 1/2 or smaller; Portrait 8 ½ x 11 or smaller

Even if you decide to create your own, you have tons of available photo layouts.

-When you download designer templates you have the choice of Mac PC or other ("other" allows you to use with other programs such as Photoshop, etc.)

3-On the side bar (left) you get lots of free templates and some links to purchase your own if you prefer.

Note: on designer templates, anything you see such as embellishment, etc., you can move, duplicate or delete, not on the quick pages (these are pre-made for you to just drop your photos if you prefer).

4-There are many paper packs and embellishment sets for you to play with.

5-They have many videos on Vimeo and YouTube and on their blog!  Love the ones on their blog, they even offer you the PDF format so you can follow along if you prefer. Click HERE for a list of videos on their blog.

6-Love all the ways I can share my album once created

... is that neat or what?  Costco prints 12"x12" prints. You can save as JPEG to share on your blog like I just did or turn your scrapbook into a movie to watch on a DVD-or view on an iPod. I was able to quickly create this picture file

I just wanted to add to my picture the LUFP badge/button as a layer, tried it and voila! super fast.
Tomorrow I will be posting a layout I created with MyMemoriesSuite and 4MyBabiesScraps Digital collection, yeap, I was able to use a third party's digital collection.

4 My Babies Day 2

For today's post I created this cute little shoe...

..using a Silhouette file and the Polka Dot paper in addition to the scalloped tag and the "it's a boy" embellishment from the Hayden Timothy collection (I printed and hand cut the tag and embellishment and layered together).  I think this is cute to give as a pin holder to play the "if you cross your leg, I'll take your pin" game.  I am trying to come up with ideas to use at a baby shower for a friend who is having her first grandchild in November.

I will be playing this week with the Hayden Timothy collection/kit intended for boys...
but so versatile that I created this Baby Girl announcement with it.

 Inside stamped with a TPC Studio Baby stamp set and brown ink

I imported to my Silhouette Studio the "fabric green", "fabric brown", "ging yellow"and "stripes and dots boy" papers and proceeded to create, print and cut.  MS chunky glitter and distress in were used.
