A Simple Card with Cricut Smiley Cards

At the last minute....
Update Blog Hop with Smiley Cards
Hope you just got here from Craftyscentiments
If not, start at the beginning with CrazyAboutCricut
This is most definitely a very, very simple card just to try and see if the Gypsy (weld) and the Expression  (cut) would communicate with each other.  And they did!!
I believe this is a mug intended as a beer mug - it has as a layer/sentiment "cheers" but I used it as a latte mug.
The cart is full of cute emoticons and designs and cards and sentiments with layers...
Cute cartridge in my opinion.  It has Layer 1, Layer 2, Card/Typeface, Emoticons, Emoticons Layer and Shadow functions..
I used puffy paint and heated (could not wait 4 hours to dry!!) and triple layered the sentiment (I think I over did it!)
Thanks for visiting!

Cricut Smiley Cards Gypsy Digital Download

I received an email stating that I had been randomly chosen to Beta test the digital download at around noon today (noticed it later).  I had a bit of trouble and it would not download the content.  At around 5:45 PM  I noticed a third email stating that they had cancelled the download due to problems with download, that they would notify me when the Beta would be up again......  Did I wait to receive email?  People that know me, know that the answer is NO!!!!, I persisted and VOILA!! Finally, it worked!

Gaby Abby Challenges with SEI Week 4

This is week four of the Gaby Abby Challenges sponsored
by SEI
This time the challenge is Halloween Candy
How easy is that?
These are the projects I created
for this challenge:
This candy wrapper box I created using SilhouetteSD -  the paper is SEI of course! from the Spooks collection- Gasp 8-4504 and one of the labels included in the 12 x 12 Spooks package.

The topper I created using Spellbinders Label Four in three different sizes. The paper is SEI from the Spooks collection- Cackle 8-4508 and Howl 8-4503 and some white cardstock. The treat bag I purchased at Michaels.

And for this box I used kraft paper with my SilhouetteSD and Fiskars punches and stamp... and of course paper from SEI Spooks collection.  Yikes 8-4506 and Gasp 8-4504.  I sew the ribbon on top and glued the one around the treat box.

Make sure you enter the Challenge!!
