Today I have pictures of Week 7 and some exciting news!
First the pics of my week 7--
Week 7 includes Valentine's day! For the hearts die cut 4"x6" I used a file from the Silhoutte online store.
I was able to use the negative of the hearts die cut on the page to the right. The "week" file is one of Kerri's files and the number seven is a cuttlebug die in addition to an Ali Edwards/Technique Tuesday stamp.
On this page I included a journal card I had created using the Comas adjustable pen holder and one of the tags (round) I had previously created and shared here on my blog. The stamped sentiment is from one of my Comadrita's stamps "Dilo En Español-Suspirando Con Tinta" collection and this brings me to share the news! I am on her Design Team! and below you will see a sneak peek at one of her newly released stamp sets (this coming March 9th).
Translation: "I love you Not for who you are, but for who I am when I am with you" -- That just sums up how I feel about my daughter and grand babies (I know they are not babies anymore, but to me, They are!)
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment~ Hopefully you can join us over at Abby's blog (Abby is aka my Comadrita) starting on March 7th for some sneak peeks ending with a blog hop and the release on March 9th!

Hello Card | SEI Field Notes Collection
Today I am sharing a vintage/distress card using the so pretty and shinySEI Field Notes Collection that I created for Happy N Scrappin'
I love the Arboretum (top) and the butterfly papers included in this collection.
I utilized both sides of the Arboretum Gold Foil Accent and the Kaleidoscope Gold Foil Accent PPs
And since the Arboretum Gold Foil Accent paper had a "chicken wire" design on the B side, I added a chicken wire die cut at the bottom of my card.
I distress the banners and card around using the Tim Holtz distress-er.
I finished the card with a tag, gold sequins and a gem included on the SEI Field Notes Sundries embellishment pack; and a hand cut butterfly from the Butterflies Blue Foil Accent PP.
