Everyday Cricut Giveaway - Cricut Expression!!!!!!
NSD Pink Stamper Challenge 3
I used Beyond Bdays cart for 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 card and lettering folder to emboss a piece of alum foil in addition to bday die for cuttlebug for the candle and sentiment. Oh, and a marker to give the flame a bit of orangy color. The candle was cut twice. I used 1/8 in square to pop up the candle and the sentiment.
NSD Pink Stamper Challenge 2
I used George to cut 1 1/2 and 1 3/4 circles from my DCWV Pet Stack scraps and Beyond Bdays cart for the card and the big day wish, distress ink for the card (it was too white, I should have use cream color paper, but did not have scraps) and brown marker to fill in the number 18, stamps for the 18. The sentiment is 3d using square sponges. Today is my nephew's 18th b-day party so I will give him the card today.

Happy B-day Pardner!
I Created this layout as a thank you to my BFF Abby's friend for "hooking" us with a big scrapbooking loot for little money.
Abby has posted a challenge on her blog to use everything you have, so here it is! (actually she posted to use every cart you have! not all at once either, haha).
I used the Gypsy to design/cut the horse, the Cuttlebug to emboss the horse, the Pazzles to cut the cactus which is a Silhouette design, the Expression to cut the fence and the lettering. The lettering was designed/welded on Design Studio. The cactus flowers were punched with a flower Fiskars punch inked and squashed a bit. Yes, I used every machine I own (except the actual Silhouette SD machine to cut, but used the software.) Oh, and I typed this on a stand-alone computer while I used Design Studio, Pazzles and Quickutz software on the laptop. lol
...and managed to use 4 Cricut cartridges.
Ingredients:
Designs:
Fence - Cricut Pooh and Friends
Lettering - Cricut Pooh Font
Horse - Cricut Disney Happily Ever After
Mats - Cricut George and Basic Shapes
Cactus - Silhouette design cut on Pazzles (I prefer to cut on my Pazzles)

Uploading George and Basic Shapes Cartridge to Gypsy
Did you know that George is the only cart that you can only download/upload to your Gypsy through your Cricut machine. I call it the Funny Cart. In other words, you cannot upload/load your George cart to your Gypsy by simply plugging it to your Gypsy with the cable provided. You must place it on your Cricut machine, plug your Gypsy to your Cricut machine and follow the prompts on your Gypsy.
["Please ensure the Cricut cartridge is connected to the gypsy. Press "OK" when ready." ]
After pressing "OK" you get the following message:
["Gypsy could not read the cartridge! (that is because you do not have the cart connected to the linking cable, you have it on the Cricut machine) Please check the connection and click "OK" to try again. If you are trying to link "George & Basic Shapes", please click the "George" button."] Yes, there is a George button!
["To link "George & Basic Shapes": Plug "George" into your Cricut; Plug this Gypsy into your Cricut; Turn on your Cricut and wait for "George" to display on the screen; Press "OK"]
