For those of you, like me, that one time or another were wondering what were the standard card sizes.

A-2                  4.375" x 5.75"     -         4.25" x 5.5"

A-6                  4.75" x 6.5"          -        4.625" x 6.25"
                         121 x 165 MM

A-7                  5.25" x 7.25"        -         5.125" x 7"
                         133 x 184 MM

A-8                  5.5" x 8.125"         -         5.375" x 7.875"
                        140 x 206 MM

A-9                  5.75" x 8.75"         -         5.5" x 8.5"
                         
A-10                6" x 9.5"                 -        5.875" x 9.25"
                       152 x 241 MM

(some of you might feel more confortable with fraction instead of decimals)

You will need to make the envelope a little bigger if the card is thicker than normal.
