Today I created a layout of my grand daughter Jasmine's last day of second grade!
She got to go to my favorite hamburger restaurant... Fuddruckers! Yum!!

Fireworks Family Fun Layout

Today is Family Fun Challenge
over at Cooking With Cricut

and I am entering this layout in the Cricut Circle Weekly Challenge

Used Word Collage to cut Title (used hide contour to hide the rest).

Best part about this layout = I used only scraps. (plus two each white and blue cardstock)

Cut Stand and Salute Firecrackers at 2" and used as template to poke stitching holes --
hand stitched with twine

Cricut Circle Challenge is ABC 123 --
ABC = A burst of color  --  My layout is bursting with the color RED
123 =  Use ONE of this, TWO of that, and THREE or these.
1 = One tiny staple - One piece of stripe PP - One journal tag, etc
2 = Two red rhinestones - Two MME rhinestone brads - Two hand stitched Firecrackers - Two Cricut cartridges, Two different colors of twine, etc.
3 = Three red star brads - Three banners (R bottom) --

Today I created a card using one of our sponsor's stamps.

 Here you can see I scored lines on the vellum to give it a design or dimension. And below you can see that I used a piece of tulle on top of the pink cardstock to soften the look of the hot pink colored cardstock.
