Soccer Game Layout
I created this two page layout of my Goddaughter playing soccer to celebrate NSD.
It is her first soccer game! and I of course forgot to add the word "first" on the top left part of the word "soccer" before I took my pictures :)
I had a hard time finding papers that match the colors of the pictures. I spent more time looking for the "perfect" papers then actually creating the LO.
I finally found the orange and stripe paper that match all the colors on my pictures down to the blues and pinks! They are from two old Basic Grey collections.
I cut two of the soccer ball outline by Snapdragon Snippets that you can find over at their Silhouette online portfolio HERE at 3" and one at 1"
Our team over at Snapdragon Snippets shared a few layouts in celebration of this day if you would like to go take a look HERE
I would also like to remind you that we at SDS are having a month long contest Anything Goes as long as it has a file from Snapdragon Snippets or SVGAttic. Come join us!

SDS Coordinator
Hola!
Just stopping by to share my exciting news!
The owners of Snapdragon Snippets Designs invited me to be their Creative Team Coordinator and I of course accepted!
SDS owners have recently acquired SVGAttic which has a separate blog and Creative Team, but soon it will all merge into one. For now I would love it if you go visit us over at the SDS blog. Yesterday I shared a card and tomorrow I will be sharing some tips on how I created such card which I converted into a card set with a box.
Below are several of the links to reach either SDS or SVGAttic blogs and stores.

December Documented | Daily | Journal
I had forgotten to make "live" my post for the last of the pictures of my December journal.
Today I am sharing pictures of the 19th through the 24th. I never finished day 25/Christmas day and have not decided if I will continue to the end of the year as my daughter suggested. I have to decide if I should add them to this journal or to my year round Project Life | Life Documented | Pocket Scrapbook.
But for now here are the pictures of what I have.
Day 19th
I used embossing paste and acrylic paint to add the stars to my journal card.
The two pictures on the left have some gold rub-on stars and sentiment.
Days 20-21st
Day 22nd
Day 23rd
I had previously shared here on my blog the pocket card that I would use on this day using Dilo En Español's stamps.
On the right you can see a peek into Christmas eve through the overlay from Websters Pages.
Christmas Eve
Again the overlay to the left this time and the intro to Christmas Eve. Lots of detail on this one!
A doily, Memory Box dies, paste embossing in white (snow) and gold (stars), a stamped image, AC tickers, stickles and some embellishments from the same PP Snow Village collection I have been using through out my Simple Stories album.
New Tradition -Building gingerbread houses!
Enamel dots, PP SV embellishments and paper, washi tape.
Traditions -Open one gift at midnight (Andresito got to open one way before that :) and the girls I think because grandma was there (Me) they got to open mhh two or three :) and then it was time to go to sleep.
And we did not forget to leave the cookies for Santa (not a tradition during my childhood). I also took a picture of the girls letters to Santa just so I can document which of course I made sure we hid!

There are so many pictures of Christmas that it hard to choose, but hopefully I get around to deciding for at least a couple to add to this album and the rest I can use on traditional scrapbook layouts or on my pocket scrapbook.
Thanks for stopping by!
